Using the service

You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity in your account.

Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid units that let you restore photographs. One credit equals one successfully delivered restoration, and a credit is refunded automatically when processing fails. Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload and of the restored results. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use the image and you grant us the limited permission needed to process, store and display it back to you.

If you choose to publish a photo to the public Gallery, you grant us permission to display that photo, your optional story and your optional social link on the site until you make it private again.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or images you have no right to use. Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, automate abuse of the service, or interfere with its security. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and limits

AI restoration is automated and results vary with the condition of the original. We provide the service as it is, without a guarantee of a specific artistic outcome, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new revision date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
