Information we collect

Account data: your email address, sign-in method and the date of your last sign-in.

Photographs: the images you upload and the restored versions we generate.

Usage and billing data: credit balance, credit history, purchases and the amount paid.

Messages: anything you send us through the Contact page.

How we use it

To process your photographs, keep your credit balance accurate, provide your private photo history, handle payments and answer your support requests. We also use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to improve the service.

Image processing

Restoration is performed by Google's Gemini image models through a secure server-side request. Your photograph is transmitted for the sole purpose of producing your restored image and is not used by us to train models.

Storage and retention

Restorations are stored in private, access-controlled storage and removed automatically 30 days after they are created. You can delete any photograph earlier from My Photos. Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and for as long as tax law requires.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: cloud hosting and database, the AI image provider, our payment processor (Stripe) and bot-protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). We never sell personal data or photographs.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and ask for a copy of it, by writing to support@revivepicture.com. Publishing a photo to the public Gallery is always opt-in and reversible.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your language choice and protect forms from automated abuse. We do not run advertising trackers.
