How many free restorations do I get?
Every new account receives 2 free restorations. No payment details are required.
How does a credit work?
One credit equals one successfully restored photo. A credit is only deducted when a finished image is delivered — if processing fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay in your account permanently and there is no monthly or yearly subscription.
Which files can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WEBP images up to 10 MB each.
How long does a restoration take?
Most photos finish in under a minute. Very large images or busy periods can take a little longer.
Can I use the restored photo commercially?
Yes. You keep all rights to your own photographs and to the restored versions we produce for you.
Who can see my photos?
Only you. Photos are private unless you choose Make Public, which places the before/after pair in our Gallery together with any story or social link you add. You can make them private again at any time.
What if I am not happy with a result?
Run the photo again with a different mode, or contact us. Our refund policy explains when unused credits can be refunded.
